This school diary should be brought to school daily. Parents should fill the “Record of Absence “Late attendance record” will be filled by the Physical Education Trainers, entries regarding daily work, communication and other details should be duly filled in as and when required. Check your children’s hand book every day. Teachers’ remarks should be noted and signed regularly
All the students are advised to report to school only between 8.30 a.m. to 8.45 a.m. and school gate will be opened to parents and escort at 3.40 p.m. The school authorities are not responsible for the students who reach before the specified time and who stay back after the school hours.
Kindly ensure that your child is always regular as well as punctual in reaching school. Coming late to school will be taken serious note of Repeated late coming or absence the parents will be called to school for explanation
Other than parents and guardian nobody will be allowed to meet/take the children in the school hours, if so, prior information should be given. Parents can meet the class teacher/ subject teacher only after 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Parents are not allowed to visit the students, class teacher/subject teacher during the school hours. Parents can meet the principal with prior appointment
Parents must attend the PTM (Parents Teacher Meeting) to know regularity, conduct, feedback and work at school of your ward.
Parents should sign the progress report only in the PTM.
Parents avoid children watching TV or Mobiles more than half an hour. Parents are requested to teach etiquette and personal safety techniques, try to communicate in English with your child, spend quality time every day with your child.
DEAR STUDENTS
Students shall greet one another and their teachers with the traditional “Namaste” with smile and behaviour towards elders shall be marked with respect and obedience.
Students must carry the Text books, note books and other materials required for their class without fail.
Students must strictly adhere to the school norms for proper turnout, which include belt, tie, clean shoe & socks, clean and short nails and hair trimmed. Any default will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Students should switch off the lights and fans in the classroom, lab etc., when not required
Students are expected to co – operate in keeping the premises of the school neat and tidy and therefore refrain from scribbling on the walls and scattering bits of paper. Any objectionable practices like damaging the furniture, dirtying the floor or spitting in corners will be viewed strictly
Students may avail leave only with prior permission except in unforeseen case. Unnecessary leave must be avoided. In case of health problem or leave taken more than three days medical certificate is to be provided for it.
Students marching from one place to other shall do in order, keeping to the left always and shall observe perfect silence on their way
Students are not allowed to put Mehandi, Nail paint, Kajal, Eyeliner, lipstick etc., and not to wear gold or valuable ornaments
Students are not permitted to bring cell phones, smart watch or other electronic gadgets to school as per our school rules, and any violation in this regard will invoke strict disciplinary action against the student possessing the same. The gadget shall not be returned. Random bag checks will be conducted at the school. In case any such electronic gadget is found in the possession of a student strict disciplinary action shall be initiated.
In case a student is found guilty of any malpractice in the examination, it will lead to cancellation of the relevant examination.
In serious cases suspension, the student who is found guilty would be issued with the TC, at the discretion of the principal.
